Kuukauden vapaaehtoinen: Martti Lönn, valmentaja P2011 Akatemia
Seura palkitsee tänä vuonna kuukausittain kuukauden vapaaehtoisen, joka on tehnyt pyyteettömästi töitä seuran eteen. Vapaaehtoiset ovat merkittävässä ja ratkaisevassa osassa, jotta seuran toiminnot pyörivät parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla. Kiitos kaikille vapaaehtoisille tekemästänne tärkeästä työstä seuran ja pelaajien eteen.
Martti palkitaan helmikuun vapaaehtoisena, koska hän on toiminut aktiivisesti P2011 Akatemiajoukkueen mukana. Mara on ollut seuran toiminnassa mukana vuosikymmeniä, ja hän on antanut paljon vapaa-ajastaan EBK:lle.
Kysyimme Maralta missä kaikessa hän on ollut mukana seurassa ja mikä valmentamisessa on parasta, lue vastaus alta:
”Olen toiminut yhdeksän vuotta P2011 ikäluokassa valmentajana. Viime kuukausina olen auttanut myös P2012 ja B-poikien valmennusta tarvittaessa.
Parasta valmentamisessa on olla mukana hyvässä valmennustiimissä mahdollistamassa pelaajille laadukas arki kasvaa urheilijaksi.”
Kuukauden vapaaehtoinen palkitaan lounaskupongilla Fudis Houseen, onnittelut vielä kerran Mara!
Volunteer of the Month: Martti Lönn, Coach of P2011 Academy Team
This year, the club will reward a Volunteer of the Month—someone who has selflessly contributed to the club’s activities. Volunteers play a significant role in ensuring that everything in the club runs smoothly. Thank you to all our volunteers for the important work you do for the club and our players.
Martti is being nominated as February’s Volunteer of the Month because of his active involvement with the P2011 Academy Team. Mara has been involved in the club’s activities for decades, and he has given a lot of his free time to EBK.
We asked Mara what kinds of roles he has had within the club and what he enjoys most about coaching. Read his response below:
“I have worked as a coach for the P2011 age group for nine years. In recent months, I have also supported the coaching of the P2012 team and the B‑boys whenever needed.
The best part of coaching is being part of a great coaching team that enables players to experience a high‑quality daily environment in which they can grow into athletes.”
The Volunteer of the Month will receive a lunch voucher to Fudis House. Congratulations once again, Mara!
