EBK perhefutis on lapsen ja vanhemman yhteinen harrastus, jossa nautitaan liikunnasta monipuolisesti ja turvallisesti ilman suorituspaineita. Toiminta on yhteistä oppimista ja oivaltamista kiireettömässä ilmapiirissä. Lapselle toiminta tarjoaa aikuisen jakamattoman huomion. Vanhemmalle perhefutis on mahdollisuus rentoutua arjen kiireen keskellä yhteisen tekemisen parissa.

Toiminnan tavoitteena on nauttia ja iloita liikkumisesta leikinomaisesti yhdessä vanhemman kanssa.

Perhefutiksessa lapsi oppii motorisia perusliikuntataitoja ja toiminta tukee lapsen oman kehon hahmottamista sekä lapsen pallon- ja välineenhallintakykyä.

Kesän 2024 perhefutis

EBK perhefutis järjestetään Keski-Espoon tekonurmi 2:lla lauantaisin klo 16-17. Perhefutistoiminta on suunnattu 3-4 vuotiaille ja heidän vanhemmilleen. Huom. Jokaisella kerralla lapsen mukana on oltava aikuinen (vanhempi, isovanhempi, kummit, enot, tädit ym.)

Keväällä harjoitellaan 4.5-15.6, harjoituskertoja kertyy kevään aikana yhteensä 7 kpl. Syksyllä harjoitellaan 10.8-28.9, harjoituskertoja kertyy syksyn aikana yhteensä 8 kpl. Perhefutiksen hinta koko kesältä on 160 €, voitte ilmoittautua myös erikseen kevätkaudelle (7 harjoitusta, 80 €) ja syyskaudelle (8 harjoituskertaa, 90 €)

EBK family football is a joint hobby of a child and a parent, where they enjoy exercise in a variety of ways and safely without any pressure to perform. The activity is shared learning and insight in an unhurried atmosphere. For the child, the activity offers the adult undivided attention. For the parent, family football is an opportunity to relax in the middle of everyday hustle and bustle.

The aim of the activity is to enjoy and enjoy the movement in a playful way together with the parent. In family football, the child learns basic motor skills and the activity supports the child's perception of their own body and the child's ability to control the ball and equipment.

Family football Summer 2024

EBK family football is organized on artificial grass 2 in Keski-Espoo Sport Park on Saturdays from 16-17. Family football activities are aimed for 3-4 year olds and their parents. Note Each time the child must be accompanied by an adult (parent, grandparent, godparents, aunts, etc.)

In the spring, we practice from 4.5 to 15.6, a total of 7 practice sessions during the spring. In the fall, we practice from 10.8 to 28.9, a total of 8 practice sessions during the fall. The price of family football for the whole summer is €160, you can also register separately for the spring season (7 training sessions, €80) and the autumn season (8 training sessions, €90)
